”Wonderful location. Near Boardwalk, Capitola shopping, and steps from a perfect beach. It’s our fourth year at this house and we’re already booking for next year. We love the two kitchens and the two large tables for eating together and for playing family games. Michele, the hostess, is so responsive.”

”This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. We love that this home is dog friendly, our dog enjoyed daily walks to the beach just down the street. We also loved unwinding in the hot tub at night. The home is small but it fit my family of 2 adults and 2 teens just fine. We had some trouble with the hot tub on the first day but the owner was very helpful and...

”We had a very pleasant experience at this property. It was very clean, tastefully laid out, and with good amenities. At first, we weren’t sure about the location as it is attached to a little restaurant, but as it turned out, it was fantastic. Close to the beach, downtown, right across the street from a little market, and steps away from very tasty breakfast burritos! Once inside, everything was super cozy and well appointed. The host was communicative and responsive. We would stay here again!”
