Two Bedroom/Kichenette Barndominium in Texas Hill Country

Nestled in the Texas hill country our barndominium sits above our working barn. You enter the stairwell to the barndominium off the barn alleyway. Upstairs there is a bunk room with 5 twin beds and one queen bed. Lots of natural light with a big window that overlooks one of the horse pastures. There is a full bathroom with towels, shower/bathtub and hairdryer. The second room is the Master Suite with a king bed and a queen pull out couch. This room has a full bathroom with towels, shower/bathtub and hairdryer. There is a kitchenette in this space with a coffee maker, 4-top stove/oven, small dishwasher and small refrigerator. There are dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. No cookware. Lots of natural light in this space and a balcony off this room with two rockers. There is a washer/dryer space between these two room at the stairwell landing.
***Please note that the Homeowners will be on the premise staying in the ranch house approximately 150 yds from the barn. Additional guest will be occupying the downstairs bunkroom and bathroom in the barn (completely separate from the bardominium space). There will be a professional photo shoot taking place behind the barn during this time.
