”Great property, quiet rooms for a restful night. Walking distance to eateries and shopping, breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time! Ian at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. I'll definitely stay there again! .”

”The king size bed is not a true king, it’s small and hard as a board to sleep on. Housekeeping did not leave all the toiletries in the room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths. And did not leave us Kleenex, soap, or lotion, I also had to ask for the body wash in the shower to be refilled, as it was empty when we got there. We stayed 3 nights and if I didn’t ask for housekeeping to tidy up the room, she would gave never come. The cleanliness was ok, I found a dirty metal spoon at the ride of...

”The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

”We were very impressed with the property, check-in was easy and the clerk at the desk was very friendly. The room was incredibly clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable, and I am picky about my mattresses! The AC unit was not too loud and kept good steady temperature, and the parking lot was not noisy at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

”A nice and clean hotel with good road connections. In the room there is a loud air conditioning. In our case the location was perfect, but if you plan to stay in downtown, then this hotel is a bit too far, about 20 min by car. In any case a car is needed in Omaha.”

Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”
