The Splash Inn lower unit boasts a screened in porch with a twin size hanging daybed. Upon entering the unit, you will find an open concept living and dining area with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, books for reading, board games, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Please note there is no dishwasher in the lower unit.
The bathroom--located off the kitchen--has been completely remodeled to offer tile floors and a custom tiled shower, as well as an LED light mirror and modern vanity.
There are two bedrooms in this unit. The first bedroom off of the living room includes a Full Size bed as well as a Queen sized bed a dresser and small tv. The second bedroom off of the kitchen, offers a Queen sized bed.
By the pool, guests can enjoy sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a shared laundry room, and an outdoor dining table with a propane grill.
