Tuo auringonpaiste elämäsi tähän aurinkoinen 3 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen pako !. Makuuhuoneessa on king size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone kehuskelevan valtava poreallas. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen ja kolmas on pari erillistä vuodetta, ja niillä on toinen täysi kylpyhuone. Täysin varusteltu keittiö on erotettu tilava olohuone aamiaisbaarilla paikkainen kolme, ja keittiön pöydän tilaa kuudelle! Olohuone ja makuuhuone on lisäylellisyydestä ikkunan paikkaa, josta lukea suosikki kirjaa, tai yksinkertaisesti päiväuni katsellen ulos ikkunasta. Jokainen huone on varustettiin taulu-tv, ja olohuoneessa on sekä taulu-ja DVD-soitin viihtyisä yötä. Wrap-around parveke pääsee olohuoneesta ja makuuhuone, ja t����yspitkät liukuva-lasiovet mahdollistavat auringonvaloa stream koko päivän!
Rannan Colony sijaitsee rannalla, keskellä Tybee Island, paikalla, joka laittaa sen yhden kilometrin päässä laiturista, napa saaren yöelämään, ja yhden kilometrin päässä Tybee Light Station, yksi vain 7 siirtomaa-ajan majakat edelleen käytössä Amerikassa. Lomakeskuksessa 3 allasta, joista suurin on lämmitetty syksyllä ja talvella, ja Marlin Monroe, paikan päällä ravintola ja baari kiitellään osteri paistit ja elävää viihdettä.

The rental was very clean and adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The check-in/check-out process was easy to follow and went smoothly. There was a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the beach was easy to access with only a short walk. The host was communicated all information well and responded quickly to emails. I would recommend!

There was an issue with the condo I originally rented. Beachside Colony was very upfront and communicative with me. They took very good care of us and made our stay with them one of the best. I will def be stay at their properties again and I've also told my friends.

Fall Break Relaxation

We stayed during Fall break. It was super convenient to stay right on the beach and near the restaurant, The Deck. The dogs and family were very happy. The kids had their own rooms and the common space was comfy. Tybee Island was a quaint little beach town ro explore. We liked the Marine Science Center and light house.

Beautiful Property

The property is amazing. My only two complaints are the dirty and sticky floors. The tiles are off white and the grout should be as well but the grout is black in high traffic areas (off white closer to the walls) and in need of a deep cleaning. There were long strands of blond human hair all over the unit. The hair was in places like the shower and on the floor so a good cleaning of the shower and rinsing of the walls, along with a good vacuum would have taken care of the hair issue. Other than the dirty floors and the hair, the unit was nice, in a nice location, convenient parking, a restaurant on the property and a short walk through the property to the pool and beach access. I would visit again after verifying that the dirty floor issue has been resolved and the hair issue has been taken care of.

Good time for the most part

The property was fine. However the "Orange Crush" event made getting back to the condo Saturday night a real nightmare. Had I known about that event, I would not have booked something at Tybee.

Nice beach stay

Condo was spacious. We have three young kids and the kid room having 3 twin beds was a great feature. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Even though we didn’t bring our dog, I loved how the room had a dog kennel available. Couch was comfy. It was also nice having a washer/dryer in the room. It was chilly during our stay so the heated pool was very nice! We’d stay here again!

Disgusting

The condo was so gross. Food on beds, dirty floors, and no fitted sheets. Pillows and mattresses were stained. The kitchen was not stocked well. The bunk bed room was so bad with food all over the bed, was never cleaned. Kids didnt even stay in it. Everything in there is old. rugs on floors were gross. Stacey the manager was so rude, grabbed stuff out of my hand when I was trying to explain what was wrong. Said " I know how to read". She said she would not tell me who her manager was because she didnt have to tell me. She rolled her eyes. I said I guess we will leave. She said when are you leaving, what time. I am on vacation and she treated us horrible. She really should not be working there in customer service. She never apologized for anything. I would like to know who her boss is still. She is awful. The list I asked for never even was completed. I spent 1000s to stay and it was not worth it. We have stayed at Beachside 2 other times and it was great. Wont be back, needs new management.

Decent stay

The location is great, however the floors were filthy. We called the desk and they had some come to "clean" them again - they weren't much better than prior and they left a huge pile of bait next to the bed. For what they charge for cleaning I should not have had dirty feet.

Nice place

Fine accommodations. Perfect place if you are out and about alot and need a place to shower & rest your head. On-site restaurant is great and the pool was nice too, though slightly undersized. We enjoyed and will be back someday.

Filthy filthy floors!!!!!!

Within a few minutes with bare feet the bottom of our feet were black. We complained to property manager and she sent two cleaning ladies who brought a mop and some spray stuff while we waited on the balcony. Seemed clean after that but again with a little while our feet were dirty again. They must be using some really weak cleaning products . Very gross !!!
