The room needs to be updated. There was blood on the wall and a pillow (bed). The balcony floor was squishy. The elevator went out, we were on the 3rd floor and I have 40% lung function. You couldn’t hardly sit at the pool because of ants. We reported the blood the very first thing and it was never cleaned up. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.
Outside the building before you have to climb 15 stairs to get to the elevator.
The view was great.

It was clean but the remotes didn't work because of dead batteries and wouldn't work at all. The toaster didn't work. My 86 year old mom has medicine enpregnated waffles so that didn't work. You definitely can't use map quest to get to office. There were no carts to move luggage to 3rd floor. Other than that it was ok.

The property itself was fine.The condo was extremely outdated.The carpet needs to go.The beach was great and the views from the balcony.The balcony makes noise when you walk on it.Also didn’t know there was only one elevator.We had to carry our stuff up to the 3rd floor. Perfect Hideaway

This is a perfect little condo. It has a great view of the beach and the river. We saw many dolphins from our balcony and a lot of the cargo ships as well. While the place is a little older, I highly recommend it to everyone. It's also in a great location on the island.

Nice rental for short stay

Property was close to beach and had access to a nice pool. It was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Due to the location of the property, many places on the island are not in walking distance. Property does need some updates but is still nice.

Very relaxing

Was mostly pleased with our stay. Our unit was dated but very clean which matters most. Two issue were the distance from the ramp and elevator and next issue was that we would have liked to have gone to pool before check in was ready. We could have began enjoying the beach without disrupting the cleaning of the unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nasty overall and over priced! No beach towels, coffee filters, salt, pepper, creamer packets, just a dump. Couch was so worn out and dirty, bed was so old and squeaky, so dated and poorly furnished. Gross. Pool had gobs of hair floating around! Hotel would have been a better choice.

Worn down inside the unit we rented. Couch should be replaced. Outside was well kept up, the swimming pool was very clean. Fantastic view. Dolphins were very active and the beach boardwalk was so nice. Sercure entry and exit.

Nice couples getaway

The unit was cute and a good size for my partner and I. The unit itself was definitely more dated than it looks in the photos, but it was clean and was nice enough for a low key getaway. Pool was clean and beach access was easy. Note that elevators are available, but they are only on one end of the building. Otherwise, it is a 3 story walk up. The view from the balcony was great, perfect for sunset. All in all, it was a cute little space, but could use some updates (especially the mattress and the shower — SO squeaky!)

Great location. View from our balcony, perfect. Comfortable accommodations for 2 only. Close to everything. Suggestion for owner or renter…bedroom window needs blackout shades or something. Light in hallway very bright-lights up the entire bedroom all night. Not good for sleeping.

I went back to past reviews and saw exactly the issues we encountered. How bad does your sleeper sofa have to be before you replace it! The only sitting piece of furniture and cushions so worn you are sitting on the steel frame. Absolutely no comfortable furniture. We viewed 2 condo units from people we met and they were so nice and updated!! Our stay was great but our accommodations needed lots of help to make the stay comfortable!

Great beach location

Ideal location with the beach just footsteps away. Easy access to Island fun, and a quick drive to downtown Savannah. Furniture and fixtures were clean but seriously dated, carpet needs to be replaced. The view from the balcony made up for it.

Think twice

The property itself is nice and accommodating; however, the actual suite is in disrepair with all carpet tack strips lifting, the windows are clouded over, the tub stopper doesn’t work, and there is a pervading smell of refuge. Would stay at this property again but not in this unit.
