Kick off your shoes and take respite in the oversized king bedroom with expansive windows showcasing the lush marsh views and sunrise. You are sure to enjoy sinking into the cozy Disney Beautyrest King Mattress and Serena & Lily furniture in the Siren's Oasis. During your visit, you will have sweet dreams due to the black-out shades tucked snuggly behind all the decorative bamboo blinds.
Simply walk to your private screened-in dock and relax on the swing twin bed as you are surrounded by cozy pillows and cuddly throws, as twinkling Edison lights create a heart-warming firefly effect.
As you make your way through the historic door of The Siren and Seafarer Cottage, you will be greeted with whimsical charm. When you enter, you are met with a truly unique beach cottage experience. The laid-back living room is designed to be the seafarer's quarters and the bedroom is the luxurious siren's oasis.
As you venture outside, you will notice a tropical backyard full of palm trees, live oaks draped in Spanish moss, and two amazing fire-pit areas to relax and unwind. To the back of the cottage, you will want to wash your worries away with your own private enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower that provides an amazing vantage point to take in the expansive marshland and all its wonder.
As you stroll across the street, you will be greeted with a second, private marsh side viewing area to take in those cotton candy sunsets that Tybee is known for. As the day turns to night, spend your evenings sipping on your favorite beverage in the oversized Adirondack chairs, getting lost stargazing at the beautiful skies above.
Additionally, the cottage boasts a well-appointed full kitchen with butcher block countertops, Big Chill refrigerator/freezer, vintage Classis oven/stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and ice machine which is perfect for those who want to enjoy cooking at home.

REFUNDS & TRAVEL INSURANCE:
All guests are encouraged to get travel insurance, as there are no refunds issued. Travel insurance compensates you for trip costs and money you spend due to unforeseen events before and during your trip. This is especially important during hurricane season and to protect you from any unforeseen event.
PETS, INCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS:
This is a pet-free property due to allergies. Unfortunately, due to severe, documented allergies within our household, we are unable to accommodate pets or service animals at this property. This is not a preference but a health and safety necessity since we too use this property as our personal vacation home.
AGE & SAFETY POLICY:
Our property is designed and equipped for adult and teen guests. Due to safety considerations - including the amenities, water, dock, and cleaning products - the home is NOT suitable for infants or children under 13 years of age. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable retreat.
