Tybee Islandin North Endissä sijaitseva 37B tarjoaa upeat näkymät merelle (Savannah River Entry) ja Hilton Headiin, pääsy valaistuille tenniskentille, uima-altaalle ja kaasugrilli, jossa on piknik-alue. Omistajat ottivat aika varmistaa tämä yksikkö on kaiken tarvittavan hyvä loma. Sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa, näkymä rannalle on hämmästyttävä, upealta kuistilta pääsee sekä olohuoneesta että makuuhuoneesta. Olohuoneessa on kaapeli-tv, liukuva lasiovi menossa ulos parvekkeelta ja avoin ruokailutila. Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset tuntuu että olet kotona. Täysikokoinen jääkaappi, liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, runsaasti astiat, kattilat ja pannut, hopean ja pesukone ja kuivaaja. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode oma master kylpyamme, TV ja liukuva lasiovi, joka johtaa ulos yksityiset kattaa 7 x 35 kannelle, josta on näköala veteen. Vieras makuuhuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja pääsy oma kylpyhuone. Autotalli 2 ajoneuvoihin.

Room and Sheets were dirty. View was ok. Not pleased. We also had a death in family and left a day early and was told we could not receive a refund for the one night that was not used since they already paid the owner. This is not acceptable and we will not stay there again. I wish I had a recourse to get some of my money back cause what we thought we going to have was not even close. And, I have stayed at TLH for many years and am a Native Savannahian.

Older condo unit with no smart TVs or any way to use streaming services... only cable TV with very few channels. Kitchen was scarcely equipped and dirty mop and broom hung where pots and pans were stored. Plastic chairs on the deck were dirty and cracked...higher stools would have been great to see the ocean view over the rails. Trash behind the beds in twin room and broken receptacle for night stand lamp and my charging base I brought for electronics. Location and views were good, but unit and overall complex needs updating. No light on steps proved to be hazardous as I missed the last step on first level because I could not see it and I fell.

Exactly the space we needed, but not worth the price tag.

The space was the perfect size. The large balcony was appreciated. Tybee island itself was the reward. Very few people, who were all friendly. Check in was a breeze, but could have been done remotely without having to go to an obscure, offsite office to get digital codes to check in. The description was not accurate. Beautifully decorated means a mix of Hobby Lobby furniture and decor, with price tags still on some of it, and obscure other odds and ends that had no cohesion. My biggest complaint about the price was that half of the unit was outdated. Nice floors and one redone bathroom. Paint peeling off most of the ceilings. Not to mention the outdated appliances and countertops. The fridge was missing several rails that made the door storage nearly unuseful and the dishwasher got about half the dishes clean each time. The washer and dryer wash about 1/3 the size of standard units. Ohhh, and the master bedroom fan made this nonstop clanking noise that woke both me and my wife up so often that I had to cover my head with a pillow in order to get some sleep. My wife appreciated the firm bed, I did not. We expected to buy things like paper towels and toilet paper, but we were given one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and a single garbage bag. The walk to the beach was long as described, but it is almost everywhere on the island. We will definitely be back to Tybee Island, but probably not on this property at this price.

Good location and property. Walk to the actual beach was quite long, especially hauling all the "toddler" accoutrements. Elevator was out of service the entire trip which was unfortunate - the elevator was one of the top reasons for reserving this property. Parking was tight for a large SUV.

We really liked the property. Only thing we noticed was coffee cup looked dirty so had to wash them out before use. And sink in in hall bathroom has a cap in the drain and it doesn’t work very well. What about a recycling bin for cans and bottles. That would be great. Thanks

About as easy as you can get

The condo is located in a less crowded portion of the island. The facility and location are fine, especially for the price. The only issue that we had was parking. We have a full-size SUV that would not fit in our assigned parking space BUT there were unassigned spaces around the pool that we could use. There is a surprising amount of history to explore on Tybee Island that fills the gap for the lack of distractions you find at more commercial beaches. Overall, it was a very good stay, good facilities and an enjoyable time.

I love watching the cargo ships heading in and out of port and this condo had the perfect view. The condo was clean and convenient. We rented a golf cart which made traveling on the island much easier. Would stay again!

This was our third year staying at Lighthouse Point and our second year in a row staying in 37B. We absolutely love it in this area. The unit is perfect for us because of the location to the beach access and it’s in the unit with an elevator.

Very overrated!!!

We were not happy with the parking space!!!!! It was too small and we wrecked the front left bumper of our car by running into one of the poles!!! I was told by the owners that the beach was around the corner and it wasn't!!!! It seemed like it was a mile away bc we had to drag our beach chairs umbrellas and wagons across the sand dune hills!! We will never recommend this place to anyone!! We are in our 69s and my 82 year old mother struggled to get on and off the beach!!!!!!! Never again!!!!

Enjoyed the stay! Nice sized rooms and very clean. Couldn’t use parking space…much narrower than the other allotted spots for other units. Everything else was great.

Great location at Tybee

This was our first time at Tybee and we loved the location of Lighthouse Point. Beach is this area not crowded and loved our view from the balcony. My only complaints were the bathroom sinks had no drain plugs and wifi was not great. Never could connect to the wifi associated with this condo. Not a huge deal so I didn’t report to office. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Needs a good cleaning and updating...location is great!

We got in late at night, so we were very tired, but did not realize that the keys to the apartment were in the management building a few blocks down the road offsite. Not too much of a big deal once we understood. However, upon arrival, my teen went to pull out the sofa bed and ewww... just eww.. M&Ms were stuck to the visibly dirty, stained, mattress. It was so nasty that my daughter shared the twin bed with her sister. The floors were sandy and there were hairs on our sheets along with stains. I just didn't get the feeling it had been cleaned very well. On top of that, there are very minimal supplies available. No beach towels at all. Not enough sheets or blankets. Not what you would expect for a family stay. We overpaid way too much for this to not have the necessary supplies. I would rate this as a low-end hotel that you would find with a great view/beach access, but nothing in the area of comfort, convenience, or cleanliness. Disappointing for the big price tag.

Nice place

We had a problem getting into the door initially then they said they would send a person to check the battery to make sure the lock mechanism would be working for our stay. That never happened. Turns out you had to use a trick to make it work properly. Other than that and the fact that the parking was in between NARROW pillars under the property so we had to park where the additional parking was supposed to be the place was great. Nice view. Was in a residential area so had to drive if we wanted to do anything in town. But was a good place to stay.
