North Campbell on vieressä 80E Gastro Pubia ja golfkärryn vuokrausta. Historiallinen Tybee Guard-talo - ihanteellinen häihin ja juhliin - on 1 korttelin päässä, samoin kuin JC Park lasten leikkiä varten! Tybeen majakka ja museo ovat myös helpon kävelymatkan päässä.

We love Tybee and and location is perfect for getting around the island. This is a super cute cottage with everything you will need. This is located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise but it does not take away from the house. We definitely would stay again!

The house was in a great location and a lot of fun for our family! Our kids appreciated the upstairs space. The small, fenced in front yard was nice for our dog and we appreciated that the kitchen was decently stocked with items for cooking meals. The cleanliness could've been better, though. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Property manager made everything satisfactory

The property was clean and management was very responsive and quick to fix issues. It allowed for space for a small family and the kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped. Location was great, but could be loud at times. I do not recommend this cottage and regret booking it, but mermaid cottages as a company greatly owned up to any challenges we had. The cottage appears to have water damage from previous reviews and on observation of ceiling and walls. It had a strong humid and earthy/musty smell, which made it an uncomfortable stay for us due to breathing issues. We were transferred to another cottage as soon as possible based on shared concerns that was perfect and met all expectations! I wish we had booked that one instead. It was clean, decor was cozy and bright, lots of light and backyard space and it made you want to stay there as long as possible. It was called sea casa and I greatly recommend that cottage and mermaid cottages as a company. I hope they continue to work and improve all their cottages the same to make it a widespread experience for everyone.

Mini vacation

Roses’s Follie was a nice home and it accommodated us three women and our small dog perfectly. Even though it is located on a busy street, it did not bother us. The beach is within walking distance, and we had two beautiful days to spend at the beach. The fenced yard was convenient for our dog. We did not cook during our stay, but the kitchen is stocked well for those that like to cook during their vacation. Communication with the management company was very easy, and they checked in via text a couple of times during our stay. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Rental Company

The mermaids were very helpful. They reached out to me when my initial house became unavailable due to plumbing issues and quickly provided options for a new house we could rent for the same weekend. The mermaids also checked in through text during the stay as well to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Charming

The cottage was cute and comfortable for my family of three and our dog - who enjoyed the enclosed yard and nearby park. A bit drafty but who knew Tybee would have its coldest temps in decades during our stay? Close enough to the beach and near some great restaurants (Chamacos or Huc-a-Poos, anyone?). Would recommend for those who enjoy charming character in their vacation rentals. Diane and staff were great and even offered an extra day for free. Would rent again.

A week away

We absolutely loved our time here! It was a short 3-minute bike ride from the beach, so we were there constantly! The house is cute, and the property managers were excellent. We will definitely be back!

Nice cottage in good location

This cottage had everything we needed for a great weekend! The downstairs bedrooms were very comfortable. I suggested they add a light near the key holder to make it easier for late checking to find.

Charming Home, Great Location!

We spent a weekend in Tybee for our annual fossil shark's tooth hunt, and this house was perfect! It was very clean and welcoming, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. As advertised, the house is on a main road and there is quite a bit of traffic that comes by, but it was easy to get in and out of the driveway, and at night people were very respectful of noise levels. It seemed a little quieter than the other side of the island, and I loved being so close to the lighthouse and checking out the historical district. We definitely enjoyed staying here and would stay here again!

Great beach cottage with an incredible personality!

We enjoyed our time at Rosie’s Follie! Very friendly staff at the Mermaid cottages with personalized touches such as dropping off beach toys with a welcome note for our 2 year old granddaughter, such a sweet touch! The North area the house is located on was the perfect side to be steeped with history and peaceful moments without all the hustle of the crowds from the south side . This cottage is welcoming and has fun and eclectic art finishes that stir up the imagination . A beautiful piece of history to experience on Tybee Island, highly recommend!

Awesome getaway

My girlfriend and I were looking for a little weekend getaway and stumbled across Ed this listing on VRBO. We both knew right away that this was the place we wanted stay. Check in was easy, the communication with the rental staff was excellent and they were always there to answer any questions. Not too far from beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Another Great Mermaid Stay!

We love Mermaid Cottages. Always the best communication and cutest homes. Our family enjoyed a long weekend here. We were comfy and cozy along with our dogs. No complaints.

Beautiful Cottage

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Even though it rained, the cottage was a much needed cozy retreat. Very clean and amazing communication. And the mermaids even left us champagne for our anniversary.
