Kaksi Mermaids on kaunis 3 makuuhuoneen 2. 5 kylpy Välimeren tyyliin ylellisyyttä huoneisto Brass Rail condo yhteisön eteläpäässä Tybee rannalla Butler Avenue. Tämä suloinen huoneisto on täynnä beachy-sisustus ja paikallista taidetta; funky ja hauskaa!
Suuri ranta / merinäköala omalta parvekkeeltasi sekä istuimet parvekkeella; täydellinen paikka lukea ja rentoutua! Nämä asunnot ovat hyvin lähellä kävelyetäisyydellä rantaa, Tybee Pier, kauppoja ja ravintoloita!
Ominaisuuksiin kuuluu päivitetyt viimeistelyt ja laitteet, graniittilaskurit, omat kalusteet ja ruostumattomat laitteet. Sähköinen grilli. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Beautiful Place

Property and Condo were well kept. Condo was very spacious. Beach was a short distance. Loved the place. Pool was very small but ocean was close. Could not have asked for a better place.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Location!!!

This condo is super close to the beach and more spacious than we anticipated. The balconies are great (though we didn't use ours much because of the 120 degree heat index). Communication with the property manager was outstanding and access to the app was great. The pool seemed to get cleaned maybe once a day and it got a lot of use so it seemed a little dirty. Everything else was top notch.

Very good location! The elevator was a plus for hauling things back and forth. Beach very close and restaurants in walking distance, so no need to drive all the time. The lighthouse is a great thing to see too. The pictures weren't the same as the ad so disappointed with a few things. There was no fan on the porch so it was not as useful as it could have been. You get a good view of the beach from the porch. Overall a good time was had.

Clean and Spacious

We've stayed at Brass Rail in other condos before, first time in this one. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Quite spacious in the main room and kitchen. Great communication with the management. My only issue was the state of the grill, which we had hoped to use a lot - it was so filthy, I'm not sure it has ever been cleaned and I didn't want to tackle it, so grilling was out. The kitchen is stocked, but it's pretty bare bones for doing any real cooking. Door to the balcony won't lock. Overall, we enjoyed this unit.

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing staff, great location

Pictures does not do this justice. The staff was so sweet and such an amazing person. The property was extremely clean, parking was very convenient and the unit has its own elevator. The balcony is very spacious with a pretty view of the ocean. The breakfast club is just steps away from the property, the beach is just steps away and the pier is a easy walk and very close and beautiful. 5 star in my eyes.

Labor Day at Tybee

We had a great trip over Labor Day! The unit was great! The hosts made the stay even better! Amazing communication, and checked on us during the stay! We will definitely be back!

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

Condo was great , clean & spacious , close to beach & had nice pool. Close to shopping & places to eat . Would def stay again . Only down was master needs a bigger TV & more towels . Overall a great vacation !!!!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.

Fun Times

The place was Beautiful. The contact person was very helpful and very nice. The only problem we had was not with the place or contact persons. It was that the persons staying before us did not report some maintenance issues that should have been reported.

Better than the pictures!

This property was great for our party of 5 adults. We loved how you could see the ocean from the balcony and the place was bigger than expected. The pool was nice and the complex was quiet but close to the “action” and some shops on Tybee. It was also great to be checked in on prior to arrival and after arrival in case we had any problems or questions. The only feedback is that we would have liked a few more bath towels (only had 6 but we made due or else we would have called) and the floors and countertops could have been cleaner. Otherwise, the place was well-appointed! Thanks so much for a great vacation rental!
