Oceanfront perfection, so relaxing you never had to leave

This condo is truly oceanfront, and you can hear the waves right from inside — such a relaxing, calming place to be without ever stepping outside.The kids had a blast searching for sharks teeth on the beach every day, and we all enjoyed exploring Tybee together — we climbed the historic lighthouse and spent an afternoon riding bikes around the island. The perfect mix of total relaxation and family fun.We'd absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Extremely clean upon arrival. The condo had plenty of towels, trash bags, and toilet paper to last our family 4-5 days. Beach Colony as a whole was also great! The beach has extremely easy access to (even with a beach wagon) and the pool was great! A nice restaurant by the pool with delicious food and drinks! Beach Colony is located near a grocery market for easy grocery runs and just minutes from the pier. There is a “dog park” area which is great but unfortunately it is not fenced in so heads up if you plan to bring a pup. Highly recommend this condo, it was perfect for a little beach getaway with the family!

Wonderful Property

This place is a gem. Great location and not overcrowded at all. The fact that it was pup friendly was very important to us. The front office staff was super nice and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Great location

Right on the beach. Two pools restaurant and bar on site. Close to everything. Property is a little confusing to even find the office but not really an issue. Would stay here again.

Beyond Expectations

Absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious. In the middle of Tybee Beach, it was the perfect location. Very laidback. Just what we needed! The view of the ocean was stunning and the pools were fantastic. Love The Deck Bar! Note: must love birds.

Beautiful & spacious condo, clean with the exception of the floors…this was mentioned in several other reviews. Floors can use some attention to cleaning. Enjoyed the beachfront view. Plenty of amenities available for a week vacation. Beds and condo furniture were very comfortable. Location was great locally and at the resort- close to pool and restaurant. Will definitely stay again if we return to Tybee!

Clean, new (or at least recently updated) appliances, amazing views. And the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in the vacation rental! We are already thinking about our next Tybee vacation. Peaceful Escape Haven

The # 431 Ocean House condo is beautiful with a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. I spent hours sitting there enjoying the peace,and taking great comfort from the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. The location is very steps from the beach and very close to excellent restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant on the resort grounds and the food as very good. Highly recommend this property. Also excellent service from the management staff.

Loved the condo except for one thing, which wont deter me from staying here again...bathroom floors along baseboard were dingy dirty. Just needs a good cleaning with a toothbrush and elbow grease. Other than that it was lovely and loved the color combination Have this info saved so if we can get back sometime, we will!!
