  • Tämä tyylikäs kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen asunto on yksinkertaisesti poissa kotoa. Makuuhuone sijaitsee ylellinen king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on valtava suihkukaappi ja kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on parivuode ja henkilökohtainen televisio, ja on vain muutaman askeleen päässä toinen täysi kylpyhuone. Täydellinen keittiö hohtaa kovapuusta kaapit ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja katsoo ulos kautta viihtyisä oleskelutila festooned lämpimässä maan äänet, yksityiseen parveke, johon voit nauttia aamukahvia tai illalla cocktail kun katselen yli altaan reunalla ja ulos merelle!
    Rannan Colony sijaitsee rannalla, keskellä Tybee Island, paikalla, joka laittaa sen yhden kilometrin päässä laiturista, napa saaren yöelämää ja noin kilometrin päässä Tybee Light Station, yksi vain 7 siirtomaa-ajan majakat edelleen käytössä Amerikassa. Lomakeskuksessa 3 allasta, joista suurin on lämmitetty koko syksyn ja talven, ja Marlin Monroe, paikan päällä ravintola ja baari kiitellään osteri paistit ja elävää viihdettä.

Great spot

One of the few options for condo/pool at Tybee. Facilities were great easy to access, condo was large. Would come back again and would recommend.

Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

Great place!

We found this condo when Milton cut our Florida trip short and we really lucked out! The condo was very clean, property was well maintained, and very pet friendly. The Deck restaurant has great food and the pool was wonderful. We did have to buy a mattress topper for the sleeper sofa, the springs were poking our kids. There was no place in the kitchen to put food up; but the kitchen itself was well stocked. One pool is heated which was great! Would definitely recommend and we plan to come back!

check in process was a bit confusing. it would have been nice to have instructions on what the process would be, but we did book the day before so partially our fault. everyone we met were nice, facility was nice also.

The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wasn't too good for us. The office staff were nice and professional, but it was too far away from the rooms and the carts were too far away and the trash bins were too far away. Restaurant was marginal and was out of Grouper. They are on the oceah. TV did not work the day we checked in. Furniture of the rental is outdated. It was clean though. Out view was out of the way and the picture of the rental is all you get, no sunshine. The NEW heated pool was not heated.

We had a great time. Easy check-in & check-out process. The condo was very nice, a very few items could have made it excellent, TV explanation guide, wine bottle opener, extra frying pan, swiffer sheets for mop/broom, very small things, nothing major. Overall, a great weekend getaway.

So you either paid for parking or the breezy bus ($5/person each way). There is a restaurant but the menu is the same for lunch/dinner and so are the prices. Overall we had a fantastic time and would vacation here again!

Loved to feel the sun on my face while sitting out on the balcony. The property manager was amazing. She showed us another unit for our future trip back. Love BeachSide Colony. Have been coming here for years! Stayed back in the late 90's when it was just an L shaped motel. The grounds and courtyard are beautiful and very well maintained. Beautiful to see at night too when it's all lit up. A must place to stay when visiting Tybee.

The resort was very nice, well maintained grounds. Once oriented easy walk to beach. Our only issue was they were doing work on cement walk on our floor very loud, one evening from about 8pm until after 9pm, could not hear anything and next night again but not as lone. Called both times and told there was delay during day it really at night. What about those with children? That was only negative. Would stay again.
