”My score of a 3 for the room! The hotel needs to be renovated. The condition of the room ,hallways and elevator is poor. The price I paid for oceanfront view was like being at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah! What a ripe off!”

”Room was filthy when we checked in there were bedbugs. There were stains all over the sheets. The floors were so filthy. I put my baby down for just two minutes and her feet and her thighs were black. That’s how dirty it was. There was no water pressure in the shower. It literally just dripped. There was no security. And they would not refund my money so I could find a different place. People up in the pool, screaming all night, long with the radio blasting. I do not recommend this hotel at all.”

”The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were able to rent beach chairs, which was an awesome bonus. The property is retro and as advertised. Not fancy and could use some upgrades, but perfect for a budget friendly beach getaway. Great location.”

”A very short walk to the beach, fun area with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. It did feel like they were slightly understaffed, but all in all it was a fun stay and we would likely go again. 4/5.”

”Staff was very helpful whenever I had an issue, the rooms were clean and the ac could be set and kept the room real cool. There are a lot of fun things to do and nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Really enjoyed the stay.”

”The owners seem like very kind people and initially when I walked into the room it looked renovated and very cute! However, this place has SERIOUS mold issue. In the air vent, the ceiling light, and especially underneath the sink. It looks like the issue has not been addressed in the slightest. Like they just painted over the issues with cute decor. You can tell by how the place smells that there is a mold issue. When I saw underneath the sink I got so worried I slept with a mask on all night...

”At 4:00 a.m., I awoke to use the restroom. While returning to my bed, I observed a cockroach traversing the floor. Naturally, I was unable to resume sleep. As I remained in bed with the lights illuminated, unable to fall asleep, additional cockroaches were observed moving throughout the room. I have recorded a video of this incident. Yesterday, a roach was discovered. Maintenance personnel promptly eliminated the roach and limited their efforts to spraying around the balcony door. We are seeking...

”Rooms were hot”

”Partner and I had a great experience other than a few small things. The room was a great value, walking distance to the beach and coligny shopping area, free breakfast was good, staff was nice, free parking, etc. The only big problem I had was the smell in the room. It smelled like a weird kind of cleaning supply but it lingered for the 2 nights we stayed. Wasn’t awful but it was noticeable and a little bothersome. Staff offered to help but there wasn’t much to do about it”

”We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee...

”This was me and my family’s 2nd time staying at this hotel and it’s such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Love the gelato!! My favorite treat. My kids loved the pool and it’s a great place to fully get away and relax. I would stay a 3rd time.”
