”First off it is a 10 story building that should’ve had three elevators. One has been permanently walled off, another one was broken completely, and the remaining elevator wasn’t operating consistently. When I returned to the hotel last night, there was a line 11 people deep, waiting for the one elevator to take them up. That wait was over 10 minutes long. The stairwells didn’t exit to the first floor, and the first floor door was alarmed and would only exit to the outside. The linoleum and...

”The room smelled bad immediately when we walked in. Both of the white bed comforters were stained. The bathroom was dirty. The property seemed sketchy. I did not feel safe there with my family. We traveled for a wedding. We checked in and changed clothes and left our bags in the hotel room. While at the wedding we made arrangements to stay somewhere else. We went back long enough to get our bags and check out. I told the clerk that we did not like the room. He was nice, but said there was no...

”Positives: Very kind and hospitable, the dog run area was great!! No bed bugs we could find, the price for the area was good, the towels were soft and clean, there was hot water. The fridge was cold and working. The beds were fine for sleep as were the pillows. The AC worked fine and wasn't too noisy. Negatives: Cockroaches present, The bathroom door broken, we couldn't lock the door from the inside of the room, but the catch-latch was there. The lamps and lighting were a bit of a challenge, the...

”We stayed here for nearly two weeks while planning the final details for our son's wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was incredibly clean, beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. So many times during our visit, I found myself thinking, “This place is perfect.” It was peaceful, welcoming, and made an otherwise busy and stressful time so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return. Highly...
