”We stayed here specifically because my son loves fishing. The river was easily accessible and felt very private and peaceful, even though there were others fishing nearby. The cabin was charming and very clean. I absolutely love that the cabin was stocked with condiments and laundry detergent and more than one roll of toilet paper. Usually when we rent with VRBO, we end up spending money on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments for our stay, and we didn’t have to do that this...

”We had zero hot water the entire stay. Every guest had to take freezing cold showers. Not only was the water freezing, neither shower drained properly so we had to stand in other people’s shower water.”

”The Trapper Shack was perfect! Secluded and absolutely stunning. The views were gorgeous. We enjoyed taking the dog for walks. We visited the ponds and then the barn
Loved seeing all the animals. Wish I would have remembered to bring treats. The roads were fun in the jeep. It was only 20 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Will definitely stay again.”

”Perfect little piece of heaven on Watauga Lake. The tiny house was quite frankly perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The view of the lake was great being high on the hill overlooking the lake. Having the option for renting a boat on property bonus!! The owner provided great communication throughout our stay when we had a question. The house was clean, well organized, and well stocked for our stay. Great place to detox from life and enjoy the outdoors. There is a Merchantile...
