”BAD, BAD, BAD! I only put 5 stars so this review doesn’t get erased and people really get to know how horrible the service at this hotel is. *Restaurants suck! Wait is always over 1 hour and you can’t make a reservation. *pools are old and deep, deep. And only one entrance to pool. *snack bar personnel suck! They ignore people so they don’t have to serve you. *lobby staff are not organized. They gave our reserved rooms to someone else and kept saying they didn’t have anymore rooms. ...

”We had a great time staying at the Mio. Rooms were very clean,location is great close to Marina and Malicon. Very nice pool on the roof. Breakfast in morning is excellent. What we really liked was price per night very fair. The only issues we had is the hotel is located on main Street which produced some vehicle noise and we felt the price for food and drinks are quite high for Mexico. We will stay here again but will avoid eating or drinking at pool.”

”Fantastic Staff! Angel y Natividad nos atendieron en el Club con mucho entusiasmo y amabilidad, son personas tan buenas y honestas. En general todos son muy amables, atentos. Las camaristas tambien! El Hotel sigue estando hermoso y muy bien mantenido, las habitaciones tienen terrazas increibles. La musica en el lobby bar es de primera. Y el que no tengan animadores ni bocinas en la playa y alberca lo hace muy tranquilo y placentero. Por favor no remodelen nada del hotel, tal cual esta y tal...
