”I liked the great customer service and the convenience of the on the restaurant which has very good food. O didn't like that I wasn't told about the $100 security deposit until I checked in. ”

”Parking is super expensive and there are no nearby alternatives. Staff friendly, but checkin experience was not great as there were way too many staff on duty to check in 10s of people for a conference.”

”Very close to restaurants and BART station. Clean, quiet, and safe. This was my second stay. My only complaint about service is that last year, and again during my stay last week, I called for towels and after 12 hours they did not arrive. Last time I had to go to the front desk and this time I had to call again. Also, there are no fans in the bathrooms.”

”Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options: veggies, fruits, baked goods, hot meals (eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes), dairy. The bar had a good design and a beautiful view. Very nice stay, we had everything we needed. ”
