”The shower/tub faucet didn’t work otherwise was fine. Was annoyed that when I checked in there was a hassle and at first said I had to wait to check in at 3 pm even though I had paid the night before as well and finally got ironed out and I asked to add an additional night, which was available on Expedia where I booked, but I wanted to add through front desk because if I booked through Expedia it would be as a separate booking and didn’t want to worry about the issue of having to check out at 11...

”The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

”The room wasn't clean. The bathroom towels, in particular, were filthy. Also, if your air conditioner breaks down, you'll either have to put up with the noise or not use it at all. Even if they offered me a free stay, I wouldn't want to stay again.”

”I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....
