”Always an amazing and comfotable stay. Spotless and has everything you need for a short stay”

”The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again.”

”Huone oli siisti, näkymät loistavat. Majoituimme 20. Kerroksessa. Olimme ensin viikon ja viikon kiertomatkalla ja sitten Palasimme samaan meriton suite hotelliin , koska olimme oikein tyytyväisiä. Huoneen vaihto samaan onnistui joustavasti. Keittiö on toimiva ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Sauna ja uima-allas olivat plussaa.”

”really nice room. Received notice before we arrived that the room we booked would have been noisy. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent”

”Beautiful setting , comfy bed , great room”

”This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Royal. As a solo traveller (on this occasion), I felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and local area and all of the staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I was allocated an accessible room (not requested) which was spacious and clean with a large wet room style bathroom. The water pooled on the floor following a shower but it was carefully dried by cleaning staff members on a daily basis and towels were in plentiful...

”good”

”Wonderful location beside Coogee Beach. Bus stop to City just on the other side of the street. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok but could easily be enhanced by including cheese and some vegetables. If you book a 'room without a view', be prepared to face opaque windows.”

”Big rooms with ample space and good kitchen. WiFi functionality a bit patchy. ”

”Location was excellent for our needs”

”Either brand new or newly renovated. Very fresh and clean everywhere. Nice location for restaurants at the Spot and also close to the UNSW and the hospital. Good bus connections. about 10min walk to Coogee.”

”Very basic could do with a lick of paint in many places. Mattresses and pillows old and tired . Beautiful parquet floor in our room though. Key system malfunction was a bit of a problem for some folk while we were there”

”Great position, easy walking to shops, cafe, train. No onsite parking so if you require it check in and drop bags off first and then park your car. Room very cosy and beds comfy.”

”Beautifully designed and modern hotel in great location with good trendy vibe. Hotel staff were very attentive and the Greek poolside food was perfect lunch spot for our staycation. Beautiful interiors and design of the hotel. Will definitely return here.”
