”Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”

”Breakfast was good Room was dusty, outdated. Shower squealed the whole time it was on. TV was TINY and also outdated. Staff was fine - but my room was not what I booked on Expedia. I booked a double bed room and was given a King room in a completely sold out hotel. So no options for a change. Was very disappointed in this. ”

”Above average BW Plus facility. Clean everywhere. Well maintained. Excellent value 2 minutes off I-81. It’s in a good location on our Snowbird flight so will be back. ”

”We always choose Home2 Suites for our road trips because we travel with many children and value the clean, spacious rooms the brand typically offers. However, this particular location was quite disappointing compared to our previous experiences. ​It felt like the property hasn't been maintained well in a long time. The shower booth wasn't clean, the sink faucet was loose and wobbly, and the standing lamp next to the couch had a broken base, making it feel like it would tip over at any moment....

”The room was clean, bed comfortable, adjusting the temperature easy to do. But the water pressure was next to nothing. Breakfast was AWFUL. Clean areas but nasty food. Ham slices floating in water to keep them from drying out. Waffle iron seemed to not be in working order. Apple juice was watered down to the point it tasted like water with a splash of apple. Nastiness all around.”

”The hotel was okay, but I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, because we were 5, me, my husband and 3 kids (17,13 & 9). We got there and they said they were full (even though I made the reservation for the room I needed), so they gave me a room with 2 full size beds. One of my kids had to sleep on the floor, because they said it was nothing they could do. The 2 nights we booked, my son had to sleep on the floor. They said the best they could do was to give me some bed sheets to put...

”Breakfast was great. Real proteins were available. Bed was lumpy, uncomfortable and the sheets were coarse.”

”There was dirty socks on back of couch, didn't belong to us. The cleaning lady owner knocked on our door, she doesn't speak English well. Said towels, I stated my husband was in the washroom, she kept repeating and started yelling at me towels, I had to say my husband is having a poop. The man pulled her away. Now you didn't get towels back. Had to go ask for them. Some days had eggs and sausages someday none. There was stains on the couch. No blinds, or curtains, so open blinds open anyone...

”Booked my room for the spring swap meet at the fairgrounds. Got a call around 4pm telling me they had overbooked and would we be willing to take a room with only one bed. When i said no they wanted to move me to really run down motel in town. ”

”This was the worst stay I’ve ever had! They property was extremely dirty, the room stunk so bad, the sheet and comforter smelled like body odor, musty, mold, it was so bad I can’t describe the smell. When I asked for mew sheets they said there wasn’t staff on the property so they would see what they could do. I had only been there an hour because I arrived late and I asked for my money back at that point because the beds were covered in yellow stains there were spiders crawling everywhere,...

”Fair for one night, no waste basket, water faucets loose one soap, one towel, fine for a quick trip.”

”Totally disappoint, The door lock cannot lock, the door inside handle is broken and sharp that easy to hurt. The chair is unacceptable damage. The flush is leak”
