”The location of this hotel is great. Parking is easy, but it's 16$ per day. Rooms are comfortable, AC is noisy, but besides that it's very quite. Breakfast is plenty, and very standard hotel breakfast. All in all we had a very nice stay”

”Terrible staff and systems. I stayed 3 nights, each night my door access expired, and I needed to walk a mile to get it renewed with no apologetic gesture by staff!! Also, I forgot my toiletries bag when I checked out. Fortunately, I was in the town. I kept calling, and nobody picked up the phone for hours. Finally, when someone picked up, they said she will have to check with the housekeeping person who did housekeeping of my room, and that will not happen till next morning. The next morning...

”It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

”Spotless room, nicely furnished, helpful staff from check in to the valet to the porter, and quiet. My room looked directly into another building but I didn’t book a room with a view so I guess that’s to be expected. My only complaint would be that all of the outlets were behind the furniture and there were no usb outlets. ”

”It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too.”

”Very clean and updated modern. Had a king suite for our family of 4, wish there was a way for the. To understand that the pullout bed will be used and they would have the bedding’s already placed in the room instead of having to go to the reception and collect it, esp when you have a late midnight arrival. The breakfast was included and awesome. The location was ideal for our visit to the university. The staff was helpful in providing late dining options nearby and we could survive the night and...

”Valet and check-in desk staff were awesome-super friendly. My room wasn't in the best shape- tons of scratches and knicks out of the wall and paint. Overall, it just didn't feel clean. The layout of the room was really odd too- no door on the shower, just a shower curtain. ? And you had to turn sideways to get to the head of the bed because the walls only about 12" away from the wall. The bed was comfortable, but overall lots of outside and hallway noise. ”

”Checked in got wrong room unlocked door walked in on people in the room . Got another room seem the housekeeper left a LOG IN TOILET..gross..the lamps and towels racks were rusty ..couch has never been cleaned smelled foul...bed broken in big dip.. Got 3rd room ..lil cleaner but faucets rusted or corroded...bathroom towels racks rusty ”
