The staff is nice, the cleaning crew did a wonderful job and despite the construction on the road it was pretty easy to get to. The only downsides were no onsite laundry, the room was pretty humid and breakfast ends pretty early on the weekdays. But those were mainly just inconveniences, they didn't really give us a negative impression of the hotel. We...

”I enjoyed the Hyatt Regency Houston West! I was there for work and they made it so easy to check in/check out. It is in a good location and the food/drinks at the restaurant and bar were good. I did have a small issue with the water in my room at 11pm my first night and they addressed it immediately and even gave me a voucher for breakfast in the morning which was so nice of them. and of course feeding the koi fish was so fun. I will be back”
