”First thing I did was ask for a locker and an employee kindly took me to the lockers except they were all bent and none of them locked properly. The capsules smelled funky, like damp if not moldy, and the bed sheets were made of some weird material. Showers were a little unclean too and the shower curtains definitely needed changing. Other than that it was okay, and the location was excellent, as its in the middle of everything. The view from the common area was kinda nice too since its on the...

”We expected a bit more of this hotel. The staff was not very friendly and not flexible at all. They were very strict about not giving the room us before 3pm and not showing any empathy for us who had been awake 24 hours after a flight. The parking was also very expensive, 28$ per night. The location was good and the housekeeping did their job well. However the room was quite outdated and in a need of a proper facelift.”

”The 2 bed room suite was spacious and comfortable. We were a family of 5 and loved the place a lot. The balcony view was great ( partial ocean views). The interiors looked a lot better in person than photos. Washer and dryer was a big plus. Kids loved the pools. Over all excellent experience! Would love to come again.”

”Excellent room (16th floor Intetnational Market facing) with balcony. Spacious, good air conditioning, full size fridge freezer was convenient, comfortabe beds. An older hotel so a little dated now but very clean and very comfortable with great staff. Thank you.”
