”The pump was out of order we couldn't have a heated pool the microwave went out on Thanksgiving day and all we was told was to heat our food over the stove in the oven which was a very inconvenience since we had our full of people also there were roach traps everywhere and we had small kids trying to pick them up Very dissatisfied”

EVERYTHING ELSE: Not the best experience… This place is a very large house, with over a dozen bedrooms that are all numbered like hotel rooms. It is located inside of an extremely upscale gated community resort. ”What I like about the place is how it was set up, the home itself in general. I only feel like if you give instructions to clean as you go, and I understand there is no way for anyone to check or anything. But I was there for 2 weeks and I saw the same dishes in the sink, dirty glasses with soda, wine, even milk, all sitting on the counter for 2 weeks. ”My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....

”This is the second time my family has stayed at Doppio. The house and pool was in excellent shape! My only gripe was not replacing the tv remote in the downstairs bedroom as there it was not available in the house when checked-in.”
