”Older hotel. In need of updating, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. The lighting in the rooms is terrible, but there is a large sliding door that lets in light.
Hard to do hair and make up. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.”

”Only issue I had was kids in the room above jumping off the bed and running back and forth in the room. Contacted the front desk. It helped for about an hour then it started again. And this was after 11pm”

”We had booked 7 rooms for a band having a show in Muskegon for 3 nights, One of the members got in their room to a made bed, but later discovered soiled toilet paper in the sheets. When she had called the front desk for help, they said they didn't have anyone to help but they could drop off new sheets.... Then another member had their toilet flood.
