”Friendly staff, there was no parking space and they offered an actual solution and did not charge me for parking (I thought it was weird to charge for parking anyway). They were undergoing renovations, not too bad. Super close to the Aquarium and USS Lexington ”

”I booked two suites - each room was suppose to have its own bedroom and living room. I did this because I have a 17 year old autistic son and an 18 year old daughter and a 72 year old mother. Each person needed their own space. Instead we got two rooms - with only one king size bed. They brought in roller beds. Those roller beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on - I had to sleep on it because the roller bed was small and my son is 6 ft. They overcharged me for parking - woke me up with a call...

”Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone ”

”It was okay for the price no complaints staff was nice tv, fridge, water worked, some of the lightbulbs were out but overall it was worth the price.”

”The 3 story building is a little aged, and has no working elevator. That said, the room was perfect for my overnight stay. As an added bonus, this has to be one of the last hotels to offer smoking rooms. Being one block from the beach was very nice, and the view for sun rise was beautiful. ”

”The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

”The hotel was nice and family friendly with the beach area but there was no pool. With little ones that prefer the pool to the beach this was a huge disappointment. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good ! I would like more vegan options like vegan yogurt and almond milk, but overall it was a nice stay. I was a little ticked that we had to pay for parking bcuz that should be included in the hotel rate. ”

”The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!”

”Breakfast was good. But they do not like to refill anything 15mins until the breakfast hour is over. Like you snooze you loose. They also ONLY leave 3 towels in the room. Well we booked 1 room with 2 beds because there is 4 of us. I told my 9 year old to get more towels from the front. The lady told her she had to bring the dirty towels down first. The lady at the front told my daughter there were cameras EVERYWHERE. So my daughter came back to the room and got the dirty towels. She carried them...
