”My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action.”

”Clean room. Small pillows. Breakfast was dismal. Convenience store sugar donuts and granola bars. No juice. No milk. No fruit. Cups and a jug of tap water. Laughable.
No staff just a kiosk with a lady from India remotely checking you in. The place has no security and is in a sketchy neighborhood with people wandering the streets yelling at themselves. They could walk in and access your room at any time. ”

”Parking was ok. A section of the motel was blocked by the Yellow tape. The room was clean but the AC was not cooling enough. I had to keep it running at 63 to make it comfortable. AC was making loud noise. The wash basin was blocked and draining very slowly. The lights on the corridor are extremely bright and it brings so much light even through the blackening curtains. There was loud music coming from some nearby place till after midnight. ”
