The old farmhouse, located on the edge of the village, was fully restored in 2000. The exterior walls and facade were largely preserved.

Inside, the gutting of the interior created a spacious and inviting living area that, while offering all modern comforts, retains the original character of the holiday home.

Over 130 m² of living space comprises a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, a gallery, and a wood-burning stove, three bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom, a second toilet, and a storage room with a separate entrance.

There is central heating (underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms).

The holiday home includes a private, secluded garden with mature trees, dry stone walls, and a large terrace with panoramic views.
