Basic businesshotel with good location
Basic business hotel with good location. Overall look a bit outdated already but still clean. Good services and excellent breakfast. Nicely located next to big shopping mall. Perfect for one night stay.

Kuluneet vuodet näkyvät jo tässäkin hotellissa. Huoneen siivouksessa on varaa parantaa. Uima-allas on myös valitettavasti nähnyt jo parhaat vuotensa. Kauppakeskuksen laajennuksen jälkeen uima-allasalue jäi pimentoon. Aamupala on erinomainen.

Perushyvä hotelli parhaalla paikalla. Iso kauppakeskus aivan hotellissa kiinni. Ainoastaan uima-allas jätti paljonkin toivomisen varaa.

Good location, decent food.
Very good location since its right next to airport. For that price I would expect more from hotel but I guess its the location you are paying for. Nothing really complain about. Anyway we would recommened this hotel to our friends. We always stay there before and after flights when you need a good sleep. Good breakfast.

Kaksi isoa miinusta
Hotelli ja huone sinällään vaikuttavat prameilta ja laadukkailta. Kokonaisuuden romahdutti ensimmäisenä suihku, jossa ei voi valita veden lämpötilaa. Valitettavasti tarjolla oli vain kylmää vettä. Toinen - jos mahdollista vielä suurempi - ongelma oli sänky. Betonipatjalla nukkuessani selkäni kipeytyi tunnissa. Ei auttanut muu kuin ottaa kipulääkettä ja taittaa peitto kaksinkerroin patjaksi, college-pusero sai sitten toimia peittona. Myös kumppanini kyljet ja lantio olivat kipeinä yön jäljiltä. Tämän epämiellyttävämpi ei voi hotelliyö olla.

While the accommodation rate was attractive, the hotel jumped at every opportunity to compensate that with high other expenses and fees.

This property is right in the heart of Udon Thani! Plenty of dining options at the shopping mall right next door! Easy walk to UD Town and other awesome restaurants and cafes nearby! The swimming pool is awesome and will definitely be staying there again the next time we’re in Udon Thani:)

It is convenient location because the big Mall, Central plaza is next door. Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds and other food vendors are in the basement part of the Mall. There are supermarket, pharmacy and Watson also on the same floor. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic room with two twin beds. The bathroom fixtures need to be update since the drainage system is very slow even after I have maintenance guy come to remove hair and other build up the drainage system still slow. I just showered as usual with water comes up to my ankle. I stayed there for four nights. There is tuk tuk normally park in front of the Plaza which I walk around the plaza to get tuk tuk. The plaza opens at 10:30am. McDonald's and Starbucks open 6 or 7 am. There other newer hotels in Udon, I stayed at this hotel because of convenient location for what I needed for the few days I was there.

フロントの対応は親切でしたが、レストランのサービスが良くない。パンを挟むトングを従業員が床に落としたのをそのまま戻したり、食べ終わった皿をなかなか片付けてくれなかったり、使い終わったナイフとフォークをわざわざテーブルに戻したり。レストランの人の教育をし直した方が良い。
