The spacious 67 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built villa with a stunning south-facing terrace overlooking the park-like garden.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom, with barrier-free access to the terrace, seamlessly blend the rooms with nature.

The open-plan living concept connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, inviting you to socialize. Modern furnishings, combined with antiques and treasures from the Far East, create a special ambiance.

The kitchen is fully and luxuriously equipped, making cooking a pleasure even on vacation.

A comfortable 180 cm wide double bed with two different types of pillows awaits you in the bedroom. The large wardrobe offers ample space for all your clothes.

The modern bathroom features high-end fixtures and a walk-in shower.

A small desk for laptops and other items is located in the spacious hallway.

All windows are equipped with electric blinds. On cooler days, the underfloor heating provides a cozy warmth.

Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Your bicycle/e-bike can be stored safely and securely in the bicycle shed. Charging facilities are available.

Public parking is available directly in front of the house.

Please note that our house is strictly non-smoking!

Our apartment offers ample space for two adults.

A baby cot (for children up to three years old) can be provided in the bedroom upon request. An older child can use the sofa bed in the living room.

Baby cot and highchair are provided free of charge. Children up to three years old stay free of charge.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
