The cottage is located on a farm and is a converted former farm building. It features a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, bathroom, living area, and kitchen area.



Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and a baby cot, and the larger one with a double bed and space for an additional baby cot.



In front of the living area, there is a terrace. You can also relax in the spacious orchards or on the sunbathing lawn directly next to the house.



There are many ways to spend your holiday, for example:



All water sports are possible at Lake Constance, just 3 km away. Überlingen’s historic old town offers much to discover, including numerous restaurants, cafés, and several galleries. An excellent thermal spa is located right on the lake, with more spas in Meersburg and Konstanz. The nearest golf course with a view over Lake Constance is 1 km away.



Hiking and cycling: The surrounding area is ideal for walks. The Lake Constance landscape is varied and beautiful. For cycling tours, the Lake Constance cycle path runs along the shore and connects all towns around the lake. If you prefer quieter routes, the many cycle paths in the nearby Linzgau region are equally attractive. You can rent bicycles, including e-bikes, 1 km away.



Lake Constance cruises offer boat trips to all lakeside towns and villages, including Mainau Island and the Austrian and Swiss shores.
