”We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

”Excellent hotel in a great location. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet it’s easy to get around and explore Tokyo. The hotel has been completely renovated, so everything feels brand new, modern, and very clean. The onsen is excellent. Junior Suite with a kitchenette was spacious, comfortable, and very practical. Overall, excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel!”

”Excellent choice of a hotel. Our family of five fit nicely in the one room appartment. The layout of the room was great, we had a small kitchen area, table, chairs etc., somehow there was a surprisingly roomy feeling for a Tokyo hotel. Design was simple, modern, yet beautiful, beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and spoke excellent english. Location in Ueno was great, we liked the area a lot, public transport to various locations is close by. Strong recommendation, not only for families. If...

”Clean hotel”

”Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal”

”The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

”Good location!”

”We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay.”

”-Everything was simply top, with nothing to complain about, from friendly staff, to clean room, and tidy property. When I mentioned this is my third time staying at the hotel ( when I was wondering if my info was in the hotel system from my previous stays), I received a complimentary upgrade to twin room. The additional space was appreciated. - The hotel is also very well located if you wish to frequent Akihabara and the Ueno park. ”

”Pienen kävelymatkan päässä juna- ja metroasemalta. Kiva hotelli. Ihan siisti, mutta pieni. Lähellä ravintoloita sekä convenient stores”

”I keep coming back to this hotel, as this is my... probably 4th stay, and plan to come back in the future aswell. The location is convenient, close to Ueno, and Akihabara, with Metro and Train stations practically around the corner, aswell as Taxi stop, making the trip to the airport just that much more convenient. The rooms are small, but just spacious enough for the price range the hotel is in. The rooms are highly functional and well cleaned & kept. ”

”Loved it. We have booked to come back. Location is excellent for best train lines to navigate Tokyo and proximity to Ueno park to relax”

”Pieni huone hotellissa hyvällä sijainnilla.”

”hieno kylpyläelämys, tutustuminen japanilaiseen asumiseen”
