”Central to everything. Staff was fantastic and accommodating before we even checked in. Rooms were updated, clean, and gorgeous. Public areas were spotless and kept up. Restaurant staff were kind and attentive. ”

”Vahid and No. 5 east are just a sheer delight! The house is lovely, breakfast was great, and Vahid is so welcoming and cheerful. Only minor complaint is that, in the winter, if you aren't in a car, the nearest restaurants and shops are a bit of a walk, especially if it's winter.”

”Very limited parking. Had to use a lot about a block away. Also coffee machines in room are not good. If you want a morning coffee you’re told use machine or go to nearby coffee shop. That shop coffee is awful. So if you want to relax in the morning with a coffee this isn’t the place to stay. Otherwise nice location”

”Our overall stay was good. There is ample parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and the carpets were fairly dirty (crumbs or food noted) outside the rooms, but inside was fine. Convenient location that requires hotel key to enter the building, which is nice! Due to it being downtown there are lots of emergency vehicles driving by with sirens frequently (4 times on one night, but that’s just how it is downtown in big cities). ”Stayed here with my family after a Jets game. Hotel was a great location from the game and didn’t have to pay twice for parking. It was very convenient.”

”Room has an awful odor coming from once side of bedroom floor. There was accumulated dirt and grime around fridge. It was chosen for convenience not for price or cleansiness. No free breakfast and very expensive. Front desk staff were good”

”This hotel is an absolute dump. Cochroach filled rooms / rooms outdated and smell horrible. Manager is refusing to refund me for my stay and didn’t seem surprised when we showed them the photos and checked out early. Save your money and stay somewhere else!!!!!”

”We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...
