”Wonderful, friendly hosts. The Red Knot Manor was just as described and shown in pictures. The whole community was awesome. It's not fancy but very laid back and relaxing. Restaurants are few and there's one main but small grocery store and several snack shops in town. A note to other travelers... please call Red Knot Manor directly to book. They have trouble receiving payment from online booking sites and sometimes even end up being over booked. ”

”The room was ok the door handle and locks was rusty had difficulty trying to open the door to see the Oceanview we paid for . Bathroom window lock one was brok n not able to stay open unless you out something under it. Breakfast was a surprise cold coffee & 4 muffins was on the counter . This hotel has potential and needs a little updating & TLC. I think it's a restaurant should be able to get a light snack like a sandwich, soup or something light. ”

”The photos on the website do not reflect the current condition of the property. It is quite outdated and needs attention. The room’s kitchen is mediocre at best. The hotel lounge is dark and uninviting with only four stools. The room decks or patios offer no view, inhibited by a five-foot lattice fence. Appreciated the simple breakfast each morning. Don’t be lured in by the use of “charming” to describe the inn. This is a bare bones experience in a tired space. ”

”If you wish to stay on a lovely small houseboat in the beautiful turquoise water of a quiet island this is it. The resort restaurant is a two minute walk with great Bahamian cuisine. Fresh fish and other choices. The continental breakfast is truly a full fresh breakfast. Everyone knows you and wants to help you. There are fishing tours readily available and we spent a good Part of the week hiking about and lying on the empty beaches. Lots of sailboat cruisers around to chat with and other areas...

”While the ocean views and beach access here are stunning, there were enough minor to moderate issues with our stay here that I would give 3.5 stars if I could (but not four). Our bathroom sink drained extremely slowly, as in multiple hours. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink for this reason. Our TV remote was not working, which should have been obvious to anyone preparing the room because the battery cover was completely missing. The TV only had a power button, so my girlfriend...
