âOne of the best hotels I ever stayed in. clean, comfty, good location and extremely helpful staff.
Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week.
We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions.
Cancelling was no problem at all and the re-fund was on my account almost before we left the city - awesome!!
