”Lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to multiple beaches. Above average inclusions and personal touches. As a pet friendly listing we were able to bring our dog which was great, although there is no secure fenced yard which was a little challenging for our large energetic dog.”

”Words are beyond our wonderful experience at Bawley Ridge Farmhouse. Bill’s warm and friendly greeting upon arrival at The Farmhouse was just the beginning of a fabulous 24 hour stay. The fire had already been lit and the cosy atmosphere was established from the onset. After a late afternoon walk we came back to find at the front door, a basket of freshly baked bread, local honey, butter, fresh eggs from the resident chooks and a lovely bottle of wine. ”Overall our stay was good, the house has lots of space & is pet friendly. Fire inside a nice touch.Its a very minimal house though & maintenance of the property is lacking, flyscreens need updating, falling off several windows, broken & worn out locks on most windows, lighting in the living room isn’t good, extremely bright ceiling lights which don't dim & no light over dining table, several light switches didn’t work! ”It's easy and convenient for chekin and checkout for our stay. The house situates in a quiet and peaceful location, while close to the small shops. It provides the basic necessity for us. There are plenty of spaces to park near the house. One thing that we are not satisfied is the bedding in the 2nd double bed room is very dirty with stains and smell in the blanket and pillow cover.That will be appreciated if a candle is lit before we check in to get rid of the smell from pet although we...
