The separate kitchen is equipped with numerous kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine and has access to an enclosed balcony.

The sunny and spacious living room offers a sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a Smart satellite TV and access to a larger balcony furnished with table and chairs.

-to use the equipment in the flat with care,
-empty the waste bins and wash the used crockery and cutlery,
-to report any damage caused to the owner, which must be paid for in cash after a detailed inspection before departure,
-to inform the owner of the planned departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

*The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
