This spacious flat for up to 8 people is located on the first floor of a detached house in the Umag-Komunela neighbourhood. The strength of the flat is its convenient location within walking distance to the town centre and all necessary services such as supermarket, bar, pharmacy and bank. The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and covered terrace.
The comfortable flat is simply furnished and has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second has three single beds and the last bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is included in the price and is changed weekly.
The first bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a washbasin with cabinet and mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and toiletries. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. Two towels are provided per person and are changed weekly.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 3-burner gas hob and an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. In the dining area you will find a table and 8 chairs, air conditioning, a flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and access to the covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the street and garden.
Free public parking is available in front of the house and you have to cross the main road.
In the garden there is a barbecue area with table and chairs and a shared playground. Free public car park in front of the house.

* Smoking is permitted on the balcony and outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.
* We kindly ask our dear guests:
- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

The neighbourhood is quiet and sunny and consists of private houses adorned with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants as well as some buildings. In the neighbourhood you will find the convenient Ultra supermarket with attached bar, other shops, bank, pharmacy, two wine bars, the Paganini Casino and affordable restaurants. Due to its proximity to the centre and the coast, this area is an excellent choice for those who love peace and comfort. However, a car or bicycle is recommended to reach the beaches.
The centre of Umag can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.
