Exit to the magnificent spacious sea view terrace equipped with deck chairs, table and benches is ideal for breakfast or enjoying a glass of Istrian wine in the evening while admiring the sunset

The terrace with tables and benches and barbecue is available to guests for shared use on the ground floor to enjoy evenings with friends while admiring spectacular sunsets.
Free private parking is available in front of the house.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag.
