Spacious 90 m² apartment ideal for families or small groups of friends. Located on the ground floor of a family house in a highly sought-after tourist area of Umag. The sandy beaches and bathing facilities can easily be reached on foot within a few minutes. Guests have access to a garden decorated with flowers and plants, featuring a dining table with benches in the shade where pleasant and relaxing moments can be enjoyed together. Free parking is available on the property.

The apartment is located in a family house where 3 additional apartments for 2–4 people are also rented out. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (80x190 cm), wardrobes, and bedside tables with night lamps. Bed linen is provided. There is one bathroom with a bathtub, washbasin with mirror and cabinet, toilet, and external window, as well as a guest toilet with washbasin, mirror, and toilet facilities. Two bathroom towels per person are provided. The living area consists of a lounge with a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, stove with three gas burners and one electric hotplate, extractor hood, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. At the entrance, the covered terrace is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. In the garden, a traditional Istrian stone table with benches is available, offering a peaceful shaded place to relax.

Free parking is available on the property. At the back of the house, guests can enjoy a tavern with barbecue and dining area, available for shared use with the other guests staying in the house.

The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant is 200 m away, and the seaside promenade is 600 m away.

The apartment enjoys a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the renowned ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for many years. A children's playground is located close to the house.

Only 400 m away are the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort and the tourist train station, where the train travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and back.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag Breakwater, exploring the narrow and fascinating streets of Umag's old town, visiting the new square adorned with a fountain, shopping in the town-center stores, or visiting the seaside stalls and playground for the enjoyment of children.

For purchasing larger quantities of groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are many leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, an adventure park for children and a mini-golf course at Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist resort, nightclubs, casinos, and various boat or bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional restaurants, pizzerias, fast-food establishments, and bars. Those who wish to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days unsuitable for the beach or for evening outings, we recommend unforgettable excursions inland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy magnificent views over the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town, famous for its film festival, which has been held every year at the end of July for many years. Livade is known for the white truffle found in the nearby forests. Astronomy enthusiasts wishing to admire the sky and stars can visit, by appointment, the Višnjan Astronomical Center, located 30 km from Umag. Cave enthusiasts should visit the wonderful small Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions. Various boat trips called "Fish Picnic" are organized, with fish- or meat-based picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. For the enjoyment of children, visit the Istralandia Water Park, 20 km from Umag, and the Dino Park theme park in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed, and excitement is assured for both adults and children. For food lovers, there are several opportunities to taste excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.

to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
-to inform the owner of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the handover of the keys.
