”There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. ”The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. ”

”We stayed for 2 weeks and it was very enjoyable. The house is clean and comfortable with comfortable beds as well. The kitchen is stocked very well with nice cookware. ”We enjoyed staying at this location. We are avid fishing people and being able to walk down to the dock was fantastic. I would update a few things in the Cabin itself, but nothing major.
