       Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and shower amenities are
       provided.
● All guests must have valid proof of identity upon entry.
● No outside visitors are allowed into the building.
● Alcohol Consumption: No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the
common areas (Reception/Pool/Parking etc)
● Dress Code: To ensure the comfort of all guests, guests are required to be
appropriately dressed in the common areas. Please ensure you are
covered upon leaving the pool area i.e. swimwear is only allowed to be
worn at the pool area.
●Conduct: Any activity which is considered illegal and/or causing any a nuisance, disturbing the quiet and peaceful occupation of neighbouring apartments, including but not limited to; The use of and trafficking of drugs, cannabis, and prostitution, and the abuse of alcohol will result in the involvement of the South African Police Service, immediate eviction and a R3500 penalty.
