The Space:
Light-filled and spacious, Cove Beach House is designed for families and groups to spend time together while still having room to spread out. Large glass doors connect the open-plan dining and kitchen area with the pool and lush backyard, while skylights and generous windows create a bright, airy feel.
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Double bed
- Bedroom 4: Double bed
- One additional full bathroom and a powder room
Two separate living rooms make it easy for groups to relax their own way. The fully equipped chef's kitchen is suited to everything from easy beach breakfasts to shared dinners, with a Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dining table.
Outside, enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, fully fenced backyard, covered entertaining area, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and outdoor shower. The garden backs directly onto a tranquil protected nature reserve, bringing a green outlook and birdsong to your stay.
For practical comfort, the home includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, game console, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, washer, and free dryer. The single-level layout also includes a bathtub.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and grounds, including the private pool, backyard, outdoor entertaining areas, and free on-premises parking. The garage is not available for guest use.
Arrival is via self check-in with a smart lock and private entrance.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and requires a digital copy of your ID before arrival through a secure online guest check-in form.
A refundable $1,000 security bond is required for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages. It will be released within 7 days of departure if there are no issues. Card details are also required through the secure check-in form and are encrypted and processed through Stripe. Coast Hosting complies with strict privacy laws; card details will not be shared with third parties or retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.
Exterior security cameras are on the property. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost.
