”Great weekend away with the dogs. The newly renovated rooms are great and the staff are very accommodating. The beach and the bar are really great and the food/drinks are very good and reasonably priced. We really like it here and cant wait to be back. ”

My friend was having a general discussion one day at the reception and was asked if he is pleased. He expressed his dissatisfaction on a couple of key points. What happened then shows the importance of having the right people in the right place. Accidentally the person asking the questions happened to be the hotel...

”Fantastic location and excellent service and ammenities. Busy weekend with public holiday but didn’t feel too crowded. No queues for meals which was fantastic. Only downside was the lack of flexibility with booking a last minute seat at Waka bar to view the sunset over a cold drink. Tables were all booked out, but not actually used until well after the sun went down. Get in early and book a table if this is on your list to do.”
