”The pillow covers looked like they weren't changed,there was hair on the pillow,on the towel in the bathroom and ice tray was very dirty.The back of the toilet was also dirty. TV didn't work. Other than that it was OK”

”The property was in a so bad condition upon arrival the door for the room didn’t open so the front desk has to physically come upstairs and open the door for us. Also, we have three rooms booked for the night all the rooms smell like urine and the bedsheets have stain.”

”This was our 2nd stay at the Rice Inn. This room was better as we had a broken chair last visit, there was a stain on the bath (looked like a cigarette burn). The bed was in better condition and comfy. We liked that the rooms have a fridge and microwave. Since this was our 2nd stay, we came prepared with some food items to heat up and eat. Restaurants are very limited unless you drive 20min to Sutherlin or Oakland. The best stop going North is Roseberg. Parking was easy and staff were...

”Even though the property was small and aging exterior, the rooms were surprisingly very clean ! Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was very friendly. We canceled run down best western near by and stayed here !! Would stay again !”

”They come around and clean the rooms every 3 days unless you want them to clean them sooner. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! What put it over the top was the White Gravy and Biscuits! I have never had that offered anywhere before and it was delicious 😋. While I was there they repaved the parking lot and they did a great job! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay! I will be staying there again every time I'm up that way!”

”Marriott bought this a few months ago, but it has not been renovated yet. The photos were somewhat deceiving. Our stay was fine, but we expecting much more. Breakfast was good, but limited in offerings due to small breakfast area. We stayed four nights and if we wanted housekeeping, we had to ask for it. The view however was quite nice, as all rooms face the Umpqua River.”
