”Majatalo on hyvällä paikalla Gallen historiallisella alueella (joka on turistien suosiossa) kahden vanhan rakennuksen yläkerrassa. Tilat eivät luonnollisesti hohtaneet uutuuttaan, mutta niissä oli vanhan ajan idylliä. Huone oli rauhallinen ja sain nukuttua hyvin. Palvelu oli tosi ystävällistä. Lisämaksullinen aamiainen oli hintansa arvoinen.”

”Nice view thru window. Close to the beach, good for sunset view. Anyone can go without a charge. Clean room and supplied cookers as home stay. Dining market at beach 2km away. Bike rental friendly, five minutes walking to the rental and take me back to hotel after returning. Half hour driving to dock for wacthing whales”

”Polite employees, however management should fix a few topics listed below: 1. Toaster - get a decent toaster to your breakfast area. It's is annoying to ask for toasted bread separately from the staff 2. Move the breakfast closer to the pool area. Everyone want's to sit there and grabbing the food next to reception is frustrating 3. Buy a proper coffee machine. Guests can take themselves an espresso, latter or cappucino in the morning. 4. Offer high quality tea + boiling water for the guests...

”Nice place to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. I thought for this price they may make the beds. I also asked for a special request that the said they could do, but they didnt end up doing it... It was flowers on the bed for my girlfriends birthday. Then we asked if we could have one more breakfast as we were still hungry as compensation for not having power for the day and then they said no, which wasnt a big deal. Just thought they may do that. The serving staff were very nice.”

”Very nice owner and family! Good rooms, with a great and big balcony. Two steps from the road were everything happens, incuding all restaurantes. Near to the beach and if you are lucky you will se some monkeys from balcony. Good value for money! Really a good place, recommed!”

”Wonderful setting. We stayed in 'Pepper Cottage' and felt like we were in the jungle - but in a safe way. Best massages we had in Sri Lanka. Also the best breakfast - it was just so beautifully prepared. Location is set back off a main road - which you cannot hear - but this meant it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants.”

"Rauhallisella paikalla mäen päällä sijaitseva kaunis hotelli, jonka huoneista upea näköala merelle, läheiselle Jungle Beachille ja Galleen. Vain muutamia huoneita, joten tunnelma on intiimi ja kattoterassilla/altaalla ei koskaan ruuhkaa. Söimme aamiaisen lisäksi useamman kerran hotellin ravintolassa ja pidimme kovasti. Ainoa miinusmerkkinen asia liittyy syrjäiseen sijaintiin. Iltaisin olisi ollut kiva käydä vielä kävelyllä, mutta pimeällä hotellilta oli vaikea liikkua jalkaisin mihinkään. Aina tarvitsi taksin/tuktukin."
