”We loved staying here for 3 nights. The location is fantastic. We did not drive our car at all. We walked for meals, the hot springs, the Perimeter Trail, and Box Canyon Falls. The included breakfasts were great and we enjoyed chatting with other travelers each morning! Rooms are small but we enjoyed all the outdoor seating. The new innkeepers are wonderful and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would stay here again. Thanks!”

”This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. ”

”The owner was rude and argumentative. The toilet was clogged when we checked in. Staff refused to come to room, changed us to another room after we complained. Told us another room was blocked off due to clogged plumbing. Refused to provide receipt upon check out. Will never return and will tell others about the poor service.”

”Excellent stay. We were fooled that the fireplace was gas and not wood burning, but that really was not a big deal. The beds were comfy. Nice large bathroom. Property grounds excellent. Breakfast room was crowded, but better than average breakfast fare. Would stay here again.”

”Lovely setting and the room was excellent. The check in is with a kiosk, not a favorite of any traveler. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and the coffee is good. What you don't anticipate is all the taxes local/state/resort fees that will add about $80 to your room per day. ”

”I liked the style of the house and the decorations. I loved the concept of eating breakfast at the dinner table with other guests. My only complaint was that we did not know how to get tv stations on our nice TV. The instructions on the tv were not helpful. It was the inn keeper’s day off. We were given instructions on how to contact her if there were any problems, which we decided not to do. ”
