”The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. ”I used to stay in it when it was the holiday house which was a purely 50s motel. it’s been bought and refurbished and renamed the brooks. The rooms are still not very big but the beds are comfortable and I don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel when I’m in Hillsdale. there was a coffee maker that made delicious coffee and there is room for my small dog and his crate.
