”The studio apartment itself was great - very spacious, very well-equipped and exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The check in process was easy and straightforward. The location is good, being very close to Woolloongaba restaurants/eateries and an easy 18 minute walk to South Bank. Buses also run continuously to South Bank from the Mater Bus Station. The only negative thing I should mention, is that it is very noisy with constant traffic noise, sirens and helicopters,...

”The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed.
Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.”

”Unfortunately the room smelt of cigarettes badly, so much so my clothes smelt afterwards. It was mainly in the bathroom. The property was a good size but needs a refurbishment. Quite old furnishings and carpet etc.
Would only stay again if compensated for the cigarette smell.”

”While the hotel was fine overall, it was quite run-down and in need of some maintenance and updating. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, and the rooms were very small, with noticeable dust on the furniture and tables.
The pool area was particularly disappointing and is definitely in need of a revamp. There was visible mould around the area, and the pool chairs were worn, with rips in the fabric.
Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short stay, but the general...

”The room was great: The bathroon was like a new one, just renovated. The kitchen had everything I needed. The balcany was huge. AC system worked well. The pool area was nice. I found the neighbourhood safety and everything was on walking distance from the Oaks. Only negative thing was the check in situation. The staff was quite unprofessional. Likely during check out the staff was wonderful. ”
