”We found the room delightful -- lovely furnishings, great layout, excellent quiet HVAC. The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in. ”Well there is a lot to unpack here, this is not a horrible hotel, I would consider staying here again as a matter of fact. Positives - the lobby looked clean and smelled clean, the staff was helpful when checking in we had to split our room payment because I was traveling with a friend and that was easy and simple. ”The location was convenient as we were traveling through the area. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We did have to “play” with the thermostat some before the room cooled down as it clearly had not been used in some time. Thankfully it worked and we slept well. The splash pad area looked like it would be nice for families with young children. Can’t speak to the breakfast as we slept through it since we checked in late. Staff were friendly.”

”The property has seen better days. The exterior doors are filthy and banged up. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom is so dated it would hard to say. Breakfast was fine. The staff is nice and friendly. Don’t think I can say that I will be staying here again unless it is renovated.”

”Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”
